Importance of Biomarker Testing After a Lung Cancer Diagnosis

This is the 3rd interview I did in my Lung Cancer Patients Living Self-Portrait Series. Biomarker testing is very important. Treatment options are dependent on it. I focus on the patients at this time, but when patients were diagnosed with lung cancer, the shock, the scariness, and the worries are overwhelming. It should be the doctors who give the patients the right advice. In Canada, doctors face another problem of medical coverage.

My friend HaoPei (斐皓) is a Stage 4 lung cancer patient, 37 years old. This picture was taken by him when he travelled in rural China after his diagnosis.
